Q1. Do your sizes run large or small?
Our sizes do not conform to standard measurements for any specific country or region. To select the best size for your needs, we recommend consulting our size chart before placing your order. If you remain uncertain, please measure yourself and reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Q2. Why didn't I receive an order confirmation or shipping information?
Our system automatically sends an order confirmation to the email address or phone number you provided immediately after your order is successfully processed. Shipping information is dispatched right after your order is shipped. Occasionally, these messages may be filtered into your spam folder. If you cannot locate them, please check your spam folder first.
Note: We advise providing an email address on your order form to ensure you receive confirmation and shipping updates, as service messages may be blocked by your local telecommunications provider.

Q2.When will I receive my order?

Q3. Why hasn't my package's tracking information been updated for a long time?
One common reason for a lack of updates is that the package may be held by customs for inspection. Please rest assured that tracking information will resume updating once the package is released from customs.
Q4. Why was my package not delivered or returned?
If your package's tracking information indicates a delivery failure or return, please send your tracking number to our customer service team at ayoub12elorf@gmail.com. They will contact the logistics company to resolve the issue promptly.
